APPLICATION:The machine Poor insulation battery separators, plate short circuit detection, and battery testing the correctness of the positive and negative plate stacking,for 36-200Ah car batteries.

OPERATION:The battery on the electric raceway reaches to the test position,it will be sensed by electric eye and located accurately.Then the detector mold will go down to the position.Computer in the machine will automatically test the insulativity and short circuit or not between the positive pole and negative pole in each partition of the battery .If unqualified,the machine will give an alarm with light and sound,and push the unqualified one to branch raceway.If qualified,the battery will be delivered automatically to the next work position.
